就精子冷冻与种间及种内差异,冷冻保存剂、获能、精子的异源性、精子的寿命等方面的关系进行了分析。提出今后应在冷冻损伤的原因、渗透压及氧化还原反应对精子膜的影响,膜组成及流动性与精子抗冻性的关系等方面进行深入的研究,将有助于对冻融技术进行实质性的改进。
