外源性胆固醇对精子膜的保护作用

摘要(Abstract)：
由于胆固醇可延迟精子获能而增强精子存活的作用,已成为哺乳动物精子冷冻保存研究热点, 其中胆固醇与环糊精包合物(CLC)倍受关注。本文重点探讨胆固醇结构功能和转入方式,并对牛精子的研究现状进行综述。
